How long will it take to have the book ready?
If using most of the duas/surahs from the sample books, then we can have the book ready within 5 working days after the meeting has taken place. Please keep in mind that if there is a delay is correspondence from your side then it is likely that it will take longer.
What type of document will you provide?
The final document will be a PDF
Can we have both the duas and surahs in one book?
Yes, if you do want both in one book, you will have to make payments of both the dua and surah (1st installments) for us to start the work. Once the final draft has been provided and checked by yourself, the remaining 2nd Installments of both dua and surah should be made.
Can you create any other books/content?
If you provide us a hard copy/online link/image of what exactly you want, we will then let you know if we can create this and the associated costs.
What impact will these books have?
As you will see from the sample books, the content includes a parent introduction to the book, their support request, targets page for students. So the book is very well organised. In order to make the most impact on children’s learning, it is vital that all teaching staff are involved in the setup of the book and there is internal training on how the book should be used.We can provide some advice/guidance on points that you may wish to include when presenting the training session.
Do you provide a complete service (Including covers of the books and print service)?
We do have contacts with print services who have printed books for our customers. If you require this, please let us know during the meeting.
How do i access ‘my account’ ?
When you place your order, an email with your username & password will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your junk/spam emails.
Can we see a sample hard copy before placing an order?
Yes, for those who are able to attend face to face meeting, we will bring a hard copy of our existing customers. We can also post out a copy to your address. There will be a charge of £10 plus postage & packaging if you want us to send out a sample hard copy.
